Londr is a laundry delivery service that aims to take the hassle out of laundry. By simply downloading the app and creating an order, you can have one of our experienced washers pick up, wash, and deliver your laundry back to you. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and offer a money-back guarantee if you're not completely satisfied.

What sets Londr apart from other laundry delivery services? Unlike many others, we don't charge by weight. With our flat-rate pricing, you know exactly what you're paying every time. And unlike some services, we don't require a subscription. You can use Londr whenever you need it, without any obligation.

<h2>How it works:</h2>
<ol>
 <li>Subscribe or Schedule: Creating an order in the app is quick and easy. We guide you through each step, allowing you to add any special instructions for your washer. For those who prefer convenience, you can set up a subscription and never worry about laundry again.</li>
 <li>Fill: Simply place your laundry either in a Londr bag or in plastic bags. Our Black Bag can accommodate two 13-gallon plastic bags, while our Express White Bag requires just one.</li>
 <li>Enjoy Your Free Time: Our washers will communicate with you to arrange a pick-up time. All you need to do is place your laundry outside your door. Within 24 hours, your fresh laundry will be returned to your home.</li>

 <li>The Londr White Express Bag - $25/Bag: This bag holds a week's worth of laundry for a family of 2 and has a turnaround time of 12 hours.</li>
 <li>The Londr Classic Black Bag - $39/Bag: Designed for a family of 4, this bag holds a week's worth of laundry and has a turnaround time of 24 hours.</li>

 <li>How does Londr work?</li>
 Londr works by downloading the app, customizing your order, adding any specific instructions or preferences, setting your laundry out for pick-up, and letting our washers take care of the rest. Your laundry will be washed, dried, folded, hung, organized, and delivered back to you.
 
 <li>How do I get a Londr bag?</li>
 Londr bags can be purchased for $9 through our app. If you don't have one, you can use 1 or 2 13-gallon plastic bags as an alternative.
 
 <li>How do I start a Londr subscription?</li>
 To start a subscription, simply use the app to select your preferred day of the week for pick-up and choose the bag size. We'll make sure a washer is there every week to handle your laundry. We'll also send you reminders the night before to put your bag out for pick-up.
 
 <li>How do I pause or cancel a subscription?</li>
 You can easily pause or cancel your subscription by using the app. Just make sure to do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up.
 
 <li>Do you offer special detergents?</li>
 We offer various options for detergents, including premium brands and hypoallergenic options. Additionally, you can even provide your own detergent if you prefer.
 
 <li>Do you offer dry cleaning or clothes pressing services?</li>
 Currently, we do not offer dry cleaning or clothes pressing services.
 
 <li>Where does Londr operate?</li>
 We operate wherever you are! If we don't have coverage in your area yet, we will work to find people and notify you as soon as you can place an order.
 
 <li>Can you hang clothes instead of folding them?</li>
 Absolutely! If you provide the hangers and select the 'Hang' option on the app, we will deliver your clothes on hangers.
 
 <li>Do I need to be home for pickups and deliveries?</li>
 No need to be home. We prioritize convenience, so you can simply put your clothes out after placing your order and go about your day. We'll take care of everything else.
 
 <li>What if clothes are lost or damaged?</li>
 While rare, if any of your items are lost or damaged, we will ensure that you are reimbursed and protected.
 
 <li>Do I have to separate lights and darks?</li>
 No, separating lights and darks is not necessary. We'll take care of that for you. Just throw all your laundry in a bag, and we'll handle the rest.

<li>How much does Londr cost?</li>
 The Black Bag, which can hold two 13-gallon plastic bags, costs $39. The White Express Bag, which can hold one 13-gallon plastic bag, costs $25.
 
 <li>What's the difference in bag sizes?</li>
 The Black Bag is designed to hold a week's worth of laundry for a family of 4, while the White Express Bag is suitable for a family of 2.
